We need any and all relevant subject property specifics – purchase contracts, build plans, surveys, etc in order to have our appraisers make educated bids. Consequently, we expect appraisers to keep us constantly informed of needed or missing supporting documentation such as leases, rent rolls and operating expenses.
Our support team diligently intermediates lender scope-of-work detail and engagement requirements with each appraiser prior to bid submission. After an appraiser is awarded a bid, we again restate engagement and scope requirements both prior to, and after site inspection.
